Who we are
Nibharbor is run by Martin Camilleri, trading as Nibharbor, Malta, EU. Contact: [email protected]. Chat and email only, no calls. In these terms, “we” means Martin Camilleri trading as Nibharbor and “you” means the person or business buying the service.
The service
Nibharbor writes LinkedIn post drafts for you, using AI tools and your own stories and voice. You approve every post and publish it yourself from your own account. We never post for you or log into your account.
Free sample
You can ask for one free sample post. It costs nothing and you do not have to buy anything afterwards. We use your answers only as set out in our privacy notice.
Plans and payment
Plans are monthly and priced in US dollars: $600 for 8 posts, $1,200 for 12 posts plus comment replies, and $2,200 for the full package. Each month is paid in advance by card through Stripe, and the plan continues month to month until you cancel.
VAT. Prices are in US dollars and include any VAT that applies. Business clients outside Malta: no VAT is charged. EU businesses: reverse charge applies, so please give your company name and VAT number. Individuals outside the EU: no VAT. Malta businesses and EU individuals: Maltese VAT (18%) applies and is included.
Cancelling
You can cancel by email at any time. If you cancel before the next month starts, you will not be charged for that next month and the plan ends when the month you have paid for ends.
Refunds
We do not refund a month that has already started, except where the law says otherwise, including the withdrawal right for consumers below. If we refund you, we pay it back to the card you used.
Right to withdraw (consumers in the EU)
This section applies if you are a consumer, meaning you buy for purposes outside your business or profession. If you are buying for your business, it does not apply.
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, email [email protected] with a clear statement that you withdraw. You can say it in your own words.
If you asked us to start work before the 14 days end, you pay a proportionate amount for what we have done up to the moment you told us you withdraw, and we refund the rest within 14 days of your notice, to the same card. If we have fully carried out the service within the 14 days, and you asked us to start and confirmed that you would lose the right to withdraw once the service is complete, the right to withdraw no longer applies.
Your content
You own the posts written for you. You are responsible for checking that every post is true and that you can stand behind it before you publish it.
What we do not do
We do not invent facts, numbers, clients or quotes. We do not write legal, medical or financial advice. We do not promise any results from LinkedIn.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care and skill in our work. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Complaints
If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first and we will try to put it right. Consumers in Malta can also contact the Office for Consumer Affairs at the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (mccaa.org.mt).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms in force on the day you buy a plan apply to that plan. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under EU law.
